Job Overview


We are a fast-growing B-Corp startup that strongly believes every kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. Our new Office Manager will support the growth of the Company in management of our Marvila and Montijo offices!


Main Goals


  • Create, maintain, and update a good, kenckosy and modern environment in all office locations;
  • Ensure kencko house rules are informed and followed
  • Liaise with manufacturing, production, warehouse, and other teams regarding maintenance and improvement of facilities;
  • Inventory, check, procurement, and purchase of equipment, consumables, and other materials requested by all teams
  • Management of suppliers
  • Management of weekly purchase process, provide invoices to the Finance team
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of kencko-ers
  • Office representation in company-wide and ad-hoc meetings
  • Events coordination
  • Partner with different teams for administrative requests and needs
  • Digital archive of important documents
  • Welcome visitors, guide and provide help whenever necessary
  • Continually enhance processes, contain costs, and update the POFIT playbook and/or Notion as necessary

Experience You Bring


  • High school degree or higher
  • 2+ years’ experience in performing administrative and office tasks ideally in a warehouse setting
  • Familiar with Google Suite and new technologies in general
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Team player, with a proactive and dynamic approach
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work from our Marvila or Montijo office on a daily basis

Nice -to-haves


  • Exposure to facilities management
  • Able to perform minor repairs
